Women's MH500 waterproof shoes to protect your feet and keep them dry!
Thanks to the work of our experts, this comfortable shoe, which is also waterproof, features a hard-wearing sole with good grip. Its weblock® tightening system ensures perfect support. It draws on a wealth of cutting edge technology so that hikers can be confident of finding the perfect fit!
This shoe is available in two different height ankle cuffs: low-cut or mid-height. The low-cut model offers greater freedom of movement at the ankle, while the mid-height provides greater support for fragile joints.

MT700 Alltrail shoe for trekking on rugged terrain
Trekkers' needs are very specific: on long hikes comfort is key; lightweight shoes are a real advantage but a robust design is also very important. The combination of Matryx® and Vibram® technologies produces the perfect shoe for hiking on rugged trails so you don't have to worry about the upper fabric getting pierced.
And, of course, it's waterproof as the weather can often be unpredictable on self-sufficient hikes!

Ultim Comfort Mattress:
self-inflating, super comfortable
How wonderful to just unfold your mattress and see it inflate unaided, or almost unaided! You just need to top up manually, using your mouth to blow in more air, for just a few seconds. It's nice and thick, extremely comfortable and can be joined to another mattress of the same model. It will certainly delight tired campers keen to escape to the land of nod!

MT 900 ultralight trekking backpack because every gram counts!
When trekking, the weight of equipment is critical, as you'll have to carry every item for several days. This means a backpack needs to be both very hard-wearing - you really don't want to lose your belongings en route - as well as as light as possible. A technical challenge successfully negotiated by Forclaz's teams with the ultra-light MT 900 trekking backpack. When empty it weighs 1.3 kg! And by removing the rain cover and hood you can even reduce it to 1.1 kg! By comparison, an equivalent model (technical features and volume) weighs on average 2.4 kg. A technical achievement which will make the life of trekkers even easier.

Merino Wool
Merino wool is very popular with trekkers who appreciate its softness, thermal qualities and impressive absorbent properties which help keep the body dry and reduce body odour.
It's very practical when you have to wear the same T-shirt for several days!
Which is why Forclaz offers an entire range of merino wool products to take with you on your self-sufficient trek.
The wool used for our Forclaz products comes from countries that don't practise mulesing. We've also created a partnership with a group of breeders (Konsortium Merino), guaranteeing respect for animal welfare and the environment.
And because you can't compromise on product durability when trekking, Forclaz's merino wool products are all strengthened with polyamide.
