It is an obvious statement to say walking is a soft physical activity, very good for the body. Could it be the perfect physical activity? While walking, a muscular chain works which is different from the muscular chain that works while running (ischio / hamstring muscles VS quadriceps/calf muscles). This action helps muscular development and mental training. Many sportswomen and sportsmen practise walking as a sport. During trail running, you run and walk a lot.
